Our warehouses are located at easily accessible transport junctions, and some also cater for the loading and unloading of ships and trains. At most sites we store both loose and palletized goods in silos and/or flat storage, with capacities from 500 to 10,000 tonnes. An extensive and efficient storage network is an important basis for the success of our business. It ensures a continuous supply of high quality products and enables us to respond quickly and flexibly to market demand. We believe an optimal warehouse is characterized by its location and above all, by a reliable and cooperative operator. The distribution of our products can occur in various ways. According to volume, we can arrange either truck, train or ship transport. Depending on the packaging, variable means of transport are available. If customers prefer, loose pellets can be delivered in a tip or rake-bottom truck using selected transport companies. Our customers also have the choice of collecting the pellets themselves, directly from the warehouse on a truck load basis. In some regions, pellets can be delivered using our celsicoŽ silo vehicles. Such vehicles are used solely to transport pellets and are operated by specially trained drivers. In order to retain their high quality, the pellets are blown into these vehicles. Packaged goods, such as pellets in sacks or our wood and bark briquettes, can either be delivered using selected transport companies or if preferred, you can pick pallets up yourself from our warehouse.
