The market for biomass as a fuel is still relatively young and the market share is small in comparison to conventional energy sources. It is therefore important that all market participants combine their strengths and represent the interests of this emerging product together.
GEE Energy is already involved in several alliances, including DEPV - Deutscher Energie-Pellet-Verband (which translates as German Energy Pellet Alliance), proPellets Austria, Canadian Wood Pellets Association, ENBIO Denmark and Initiative Pro Pellets Deutschland (Germany). Together with other businesses we aim to listen to the concerns of suppliers and customers in our market and to establish new renewable energy products in the long term. To achieve these goals our work includes taking an active part in symposiums, giving lectures, participating in panel discussions and conducting product presentations. We work together with both established and independent institutions, as we have done in developing our quality management for example. We also contribute editorial comment and suitable photographic material to the media.
Both nationally and internationally, through our corporate group we are involved on a political level in many different ways to promote “establishment of renewable energy”.
